"It used to work. Now its a useless app because when I call to get assistance I`m told to go to their website. What`s the point of having an app that no one knows anything about how to troubleshoot in IT. Customers don`t want to have have to jump through hoops or screens to get to their information. That`s what I`m having to do just to get info I need."

"Downloaded app based on a wall poster in Sequoia Hospital. Poster promised ``turn by turn directions`` to ``nearest elevator, Cafe or restaurant``. Could not find this capability in the app or in any of the website that the app could direct me to. Gave up after about 20 minutes. Requires a login that you probably already have with Dignity Health, the same email address and password for the online web portal. I used my partner`s login rather than creating a new account for myself."

I see so many problems with this app. WHO are your QA people? Why can`t they get this straight? Other hosp systems don`t have this kind of c-rap."
