It of course then worked without problems and I needed to pay 20€ more because I did not have another choice for transportation. Avoid this service when ever possible. Driver was nice and punctual though."

Used again from hotel to local beach. Estimated fee of €6-8. They charged €19.20 and dropped us off 7km further away! Why? Fare refunded by Free Now, but now don`t trust the app or the drivers."

"Not a prebooking service - I downloaded this app as I understood it was a means to prebook a taxi for a late night event. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. This app sent us a confirmation that a booking had been made but when the booking time arrived it simply looked for an available vehicle. As it was late and busy no vehicles were available. We used the prebooking service to ensure we got home safely after a late event. This did not happen."

First of all although I put my pick up point exactly where I am, it suddenly moved to 500 meter when submitted (no idea why, never have this problem any where else). Then although the taxi driver arrived (at least what he said) the app is showing the taxi is another 500 meter away and waiting there. So we rushed there but no taxi there. After 15 min the taxi came and told us he was waiting in the original place.Google map integration is terrible with this app."

"I lost my phone and the application only allows passenger to make phone call to the driver using the app from the original phone. How am i supposed to make a call if i don`t have my phone? We tried calling the customer service after that and the customer service was not helpful at all, she couldn`t take my phone number well and didn`t offer any help except repeating that I need to fill in form without giving any other alternatives"
