"The app has improved but still has major flaws, please try and prioritise this because Flograppling`s content is great, however, the mobile app is so annoying it makes me want to cancel the subscription every time. 1) When you click Replays on the home screen, choose an event, more often than not you will find only the full event replay, but not each individual match. For that, you need to go to Schedule > choose the same event, then you`ll have the matches. 2) Video player: 30 seconds rewind but no 30 seconds fast forward, like you have on the website. Why?! 3) Video player: seek bar is very buggy, jiggles around so you can`t skip accurately, especially on longer videos (e.g. those full event replays that you ended up watching because it`s not easy to find a specific match...) 4) Why not provide a Cast option on the web player? Both the information architecture and player are much better on web, but then you can`t cast so have to watch on my laptop. You guys charge a premium price for an app that delivers a terrible experience, wouldn`t pass any user research because of obvious stuff. I hardly ever give negative reviews but this has been going for so long that it becomes irritating."
