"Watch has to be connected every day to the phone, to download that days step count. If you miss to connect one day, that day`s step count is lost. I use my watch only as a step tracker. My veryfitpro watch that I used before wud store history in the watch and download to the app when I connected. Another point, the step count graph only shows for a single day! What is the point of calling it a graph, then? It is a single value! What about weekly, monthly, yearly graphs? Again, VeryFitPro has it"

"Getting watch to stay connected to App is nearly impossible! Doesn`t simply reconnect using sync, you literally have to log out to save data and uninstall app redownload and reconnect during initial app set up. That`s the only way this thing will connect. Watch disconnects with no rhyme or reason sometimes after 20 mins, sometimes 8 hours. You never really know. No, it`s not because it`s too far from setup device. No, it not because you lost wifi/data connection. Just no reason at all!"

"The app prompts for update. When updated, it doesn`t have different watch faces anymore to select. I reset the watch, uninstall the app and reinstalled it but still no watch faces. The default watch face doesn`t show heart rate or number of steps taken. It would`ve been nice if the default watch face was the digital one. I may have to return it to the store where I bought from."
