"I love this game personally, they need to make an update or a harmony isle 2, this ine just refuses to work for me anymore, I install it and played it for 5 mins came back to it and just doesnt load properly, have to keep reinstalling wich is effort to start all over every time I wanna play the game"

"They really need to put cloud save on the game. Just a warning don`t use money to buy gems or anything. If anything happens to ur tablet then you lose all progress and money you spent on game. I learned my lesson after having to start over 3x`s. It takes way to long to switch seasons. There customer service sucks. I emailed them and never got a response back. I really don`t think they care one way or the other about the game. Fun game but not one to really get into. Only cause there is no way of saving your progress if anything happens to urge tablet or phone."

Despite contacting the Customer Support I was told there was no facility to re instate my game. I am now uninstalling for good. Would not recommend anyone to bother downloading as you can work hard building up town for weeks and then suddenly everything is lost!!!!!"
