T-Fit - Fitness App

We have an amazing group of athletes at T-Fit. Yes, athletes! If you have a body - you are an athlete. We invite you to try our classes on demand, live via ZOOM or live in person in the Tampa Bay, FL area! We are a no whining, no slacking, no nonsense group, and one of the only Gray Institute™ Certified Studios in our area. If you want to get strong, lose body fat, gain hard, lean muscle mass and do all this without injury then we are the studio for you. Join us as we offer effective and efficient workouts. We offer a variety of workout styles to help you work out smarter and move WELL. We offer indoor cycling classes, HIIT, Spin ™ Circuit, Weight Training, Barre, Foam Rolling, and more!

This app includes a subscription option, or you may purchase classes as you go. Our instructors carry multiple certifications, and do continuing education on a regular basis. Our owner, Teresa Evans, is a GIFT Fellow graduate from the Gray Institute and has been a certified fitness professional for over 20 years.
