"Terrible app, i literally made the account, signed in on my desktop and know my password and login but the app still says I`m using the incorrect password, i use the same login information to login on my PC and it goes in. I`ve uninstalled and installed the app over and over and still nothing, sure i can reset my password but i just created this account and your password requirement are silly and ask too much. Fix it or I`m simply going to uninstall and use my PC from now on."

"With the newest ``update,`` the quality of the mobile app experience for prepaid cards has gone down tremendously. You are no longer able to easily add multiple cards to the same account to look at the balances in one convenient spot like before. Instead you have to create a new username and log in with each separate card. Cumbersome to say the least particularly if you have multiple prepaid cards. Clearly the company did not think this through before launching it."
