"Forest stars go I give this a zero since day one of me opening a next friend account I have had problems with this online garbage you never get no response and all it does is take you in circles but they try to promote it just so customer service won`t get no more customer complaints about how rude they are on how they just blow you off and just try to hold your money prisoner. Maybe it`s good that it`s not too simple to transfer funds because then you end up with a lot less of a check. Sometimes it doesn`t refresh and the correct amount of funds doesn`t show. I could use a biometrics sign in too. I was offered a $10 Amazon gift card to leave an honest review."
