"Unecessary invasion of privacy. Refuse to use any app that needs access to my personal and health data to function. Really disappointed in Cochlear Corp. for designing the app this way. We should be able use this app anonymously by just providing (in the app) the model name/version of our speech processor(s). Should not have to access our Cochlear account to use this app. Uninstalled w/o using."

"Engaging app, but sound cut out constantly in the concert hall to the point where I will probably delete the app. I agree with others that needing to log in is invasive. excessive downloading of content became disruptive and annoying, and usually resulted in loss of sound. The portion listening to different instruments was a really unpleasant experience. I realize CI wearers hear musical sounds differently but if its geared for us the instruments should have been more obviously distinct."

Password incorrect said the app. I knew it wasn`t and I did not want to lose access to the cochlear account I was already logged into. So I stopped there. Why a password? Why not access this app via cochlear store? So failed at the first hurdle."

"Will not load on Android Q beta 2 EDIT 2 Developer keeps saying to ``utilize the submit feedback button in the help menu Of the app`` FOR AN APP THAT WON`T LOAD!!!! Obviously the development team needs to rehire, at least hire someone that knows how to read English and not just copy boilerplate responses. ALSO-- The permissions requested for this app VIOLATES GOOGLE PLAY TOS for app permissions. They are excessive and unnecessary for the proper functionality of this app."
