"Horrible usability. 1. Insists on Google pay checkout even if free order. 2. Makes you enter phone number every time. Autocomplete doesn`t work correctly. Accept doesn`t work, and the keyboard hides the continue button so you have to close the keyboard to find the button. 3. Doesn`t keep defaults. Have to enter location every time. I never order vegetarian but that`s the default, have to change it every time. Pay me to do your UX, seriously."

"The app over all is terrible. It`s consistently either down or they are ``working on an issue``. They never tell you when they`re servers down or when they are planning to shut them down, untill you try getting something. Moreover the barcode feature constantly disappeares or it just straight up doesn`t work, saying that it couldn`t scan the item. I don`t get how an app that`s supposed to help people get food fast and conveniently, is so poorly made, might as well buy the item at the cash register"
