"A waste of money for this plant based eater. Very, very few meals to chose from and many of the meals recommended for me didn`t include recipes. I suspect too few vegans or vegetarians have participated to have a solid data base and since we are few in number, we aren`t worth the time and money investment to upgrade the plant based info and recipe library. I would have saved my money if I had known how little I could get out of it and how frustrating it is to try and get actionable info."

The first time I have been balanced for a long period is only since I started eating according to the combinations that appear in the Day Two App. Everything has become much easier since I am not dependent on all kinds of long lists received over the years from all kinds of dietitians. Today when I feel like eating something I can, in a few short app roaming actions, see immediately if I can eat it and, if so, in what combination.
