"the first trimester level 1 full practice wasn`t really suited to pregnancy, especially for those many women who will suffer from pregnancy related sickness and nausea. Downward dog and other poses that put your head in an upside down trend are not ideal for that reason. I switched to restorative floor based poses only, which was better but less engaging on the whole body. More thought should be put into pregnancy yogis and various related pregnancy ailments taken into account."
