"The app and cars are good. But they deserve 1 star for not being transparent. The moment I completed my first ride I got a surprise that I have to pay a rookie fee of 9euro per month. The customer care guy says that it is mentioned in the website but there is no specific indicator in the app about it. Well hope new drivers who read the comments know about this."
