They`ve gotten very used to only putting a few ``bigger`` cash back to draw you in, only to be told, ``you have to go to the webpage to confirm the tiered structure.`` The app becomes fundamentally useless at this point. There`s too many other cash back options to have to deal with this."

I`ve installed the app on multiple phones and have had the same experience; This app is just not performant when navigating the retailers website. It`s so bad that I use my phone browser to add everything to my cart, then use the Rakuten app for the last step of the purchase. Never had a problem with the browser extension."
