To be honest the website and customer services for this airline are on par with the sheer awfulness of the app. The only easy things you can do is spend money. Managing a booking is next to impossible. The website clearly states you can manage bookings and api via the app. Nope, although unsurprisingly its impossible do on website as well. I am genuinely dreading travelling if I have to use the app in anyway."
