"This is just what I was after - a diary, somewhere to simply record my food without having to calorie count or find the food I want to add from a huge list or add the food I`m eating because it`s not already on the list... you simply type in what you`ve had for which meal, date and time it (it defaults to the date and time you open it up) then you label it red (bad), yellow (ok) or green (good). It saves the entries for each day and lists them all so you can easily scroll through your meals and days."

"My 2 year old is a very picky eater, to the point that our doctor wants a dietician to meet with us. I needed to keep a food diary for her, and this app kept it simple. I can list foods and add a label for each meal along with the time she ate. There`s also color coding, and while I know it was designed to track the quality of the food you`re eating, I`m able to use it to track how well she ate at each meal. It`s perfect and quick to use!"
