"The application itself has issues with messaging the support and psychiatrist. It has straight-up deleted messages mid writing it out. It freezes when trying to read responses from said support/psychiatrist. I`ve also had some unclear communication as far as asking how long it takes for the medication to be filled with the fact that I`ve just paid 130 dollars for a subscription that is lackluster I`m very frustrated."
