"Fior me this app supplements my other IFS work. i do have an IFS therapist so i only speak from that perspective. it helps me to chat to my parts on a regular basis and adapts very well to whatever things are going on with my parts and enables me to get to silent parts that might not show up so readily in a therapist`s presence. It is being modified and improved all the time while still fairly new. i have nothing but praise for the developers."

"The app is fantastic, easy to use and helps tremendously with my IFS therapy. My therapist recommended this, so it`s therapist approved! However, the `Chat With My Parts` feature is VERY unstable. It lags and crashes the app after only seconds have passed, making it unusable. I`m hoping that it will be fixed in the future. I would also like to mention that the free version offers quite a lot of content, and for me, it`s very easy to use the free version instead of needing to pay."
