"My everyone active account not yet transferred. Tried to reset password as per email instructions but my email isn`t recognised with Southwark Leisure. Is there a delay in transfer of existing account? Or a workaround as I`m not currently unable to book anything. Did try this on 16th June as apparently you cold try doing it then. Checked junk mail but nothing there. Not a good start."

"It would be easier if the app has the option of selecting another leisure centre other than having to log into the main desktop website in order to choose a different leisure centre. Previous app with everyone active had this option which made bookings easier based on your preference of activity for that day. This app only shows your primary leisure centre 🥺🥺🙄"

"The previous App which had three training plans, gym intro and videos are now missing from this App which is dissappointing as it was a useful guide. Also, it appears from the new app that you need to pay for the PT taster whereas before it may have been included in the membership. I have never booked a PT taster class so don`t take my word on it. The 7 day priority booking is now reduced to 6 days another dissapointment as you can book the next class for next week after attending a good one."
