"I`m with BMO. I am super early to the airport and would like to use the lounge for a rare occasion. The lounge can`t read the QR code and my physical card is not working either. I still have all my access passes left and the expiry is in 2 years :( Useless."

Again the problem is right number of visits not showing on the app. I checkin as the account was showing 4 visits but I was charged bcos when I visited it was showing wrong number. It was supposed to be 2. I had my wife along. I should have used her 4 visits as they were available. If the app was showing 4 that is why I used why would I pay when I know that I have some visits extra. It`s a rip off ....."
