"Some of it, such as formatting entry blocks, is done pretty well. The Insurance card and DL functions were really good. But each time a signature was required it would take multiple attempts, then re-present the same requirement to you. Logging out and logging back in showed that it Dad actually taken and you could finally move on the next one. The other puzzling part was that it defaults your address to Austin. Also, not clear on why the medical release docs have 5-6 places I release them to."
