"Using a Samsung Note 8 running Android 9, the Bluetooth connection got dropped each time OK was clicked on the BT confirmation dialog. Called UE Support, tried a few things per their recommendation, no joy. Support person talked it over with a tech person and they decided FitKit was faulty. Tried the whole process again on an older ZTE phone running Android 6 and managed to complete the process - albeit with some funky ``How do they fit?`` screens where some fields were obscured by keyboard."

UE FitKit uses a revolutionary quick custom-fitting technology that provides a convenient and accessible solution for creating a custom impression of your ears.
The app will guide you through the entire impression making process. It will require you to use the included tips to create impressions of your ears.
