"This app is a good way to sneak a little bit of fitness into your day. The only reason I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is because I can`t get credit for exercises I miss during my work day because they expire before I am able to do them. I do all the ones from throughout the day once I get home so I am able to see and do them but with no credit. They are good exercises because they are super quick and you don`t really need any equipment to do them."
