That wouldn`t be a huge issue, except there was a 35-40 year difference between us and I didn`t care to live with someone who had never rented an apartment before, or lived independently before. The site kept sending me listings triple my maximum rent. It can be tedious sorting through listings, esp. if they aren`t going to take your parameters in mind."

Even though they say they have site moderators that take care of the scams and the fraud, there`s so much of it there`s no way in the world they`re removing all of it. I did not get in contact with anybody about renting an actual room but I did have up to five people contact me to perform their scams. Don`t trust this site."
