"I spent more time trying to figure out things with insurance than actual sessions. That was at the start, when the ambiguous ``credits`` rolled through, insurance had no clue talkspace didn`t respond to anything. I had to get matched each time to renew credits thru insurance. Providers had to open availability and we both had go through process. A while back this app had under 3 stars. With a roughly lower ratio of positive to negative reviews, makes me think there`s a bot leaving good reviews"

"If you are a professional needing a mental health provider (psychiatrist or therapist) to fill out forms for a monitoring program for probation, don`t use this service. They can only release notes. They don`t fill out forms. A 40 minute initial visit (says 60 minute visit) is not enough time to schedule for an initial psychiatry visit."

The way to change plans seems straight forward enough in the help section, but the option they`re describing you need to click on does not exist in the app or on the site (I checked from my computer, too)."
