If you receive a parking fine, even if in error, Virtuo`s policy is to accept liability on your behalf immediately so you can`t contest it with the parking authority. They will pay any fine issued to you, and then charge you for it along with an extra £25 fee. I confirmed with Virtuo that this is their policy. Thanks for wasting me £85 Virtuo."
