"It`s not a fantastic app, in all honesty. It provides very little functionality to the user. Buttons such as making payments are disabled for whatever reason. Simple functionality like updating your personal details doesn`t even work. Any existing documents that were on the previous web portal are no longer there. My advice is get a professional UX designer and do some proper user testing. It`s like none of these functions have been tested or went through any QA."
