"I have paid for the Insider subscription for years, now because TOH has hired an incompetent vendor to update their website I can no longer view, it keeps freezing up and locking. Repeated emails to Avery have made no difference. After 40 years customers no longer matter."

I find every platform to watch your show nearly impossible to stream or load or get at all. Also Im in Canada and no networks seem to carry it. The only reason Ican watch on pbs is because i Boarder Michigan. Please update app or make it easier for loyal followers to enjoy without the headache."

Cast my screen and volume goes out, video freezes, etc. Doesn`t even keep track of what videos have been watched, so every time you log in you have to remember and go thru the whole app to find where you left off. Tragic, because I love this show and paid for the year of use."
