"Just getting started... When you start and are angry, you will tend to pick apart every detail, criticize, and judge the instruction and aide offered. Obviously this app is not meant as a complete replacement for professional help, but it seems to be good for logging incidents and providing the tools a professional would recommend, for free, at your fingertips. Combined with the online course provided for free by the VA and possibly a therapist, I think this a good tool."
