"Har inga problem att dra pengar från dig, men inte fan går er att aktivera någon cykel sen... Jag önskar att jag kunde ge lägre än 1 stjärna. Försökte låsa upp tre olika cyklar som hade 4 gröna lampor som lyser (vilket känns som att de borde vara fullt laddade?), ingen av dem funkade, ringde supporten och tydligen var de urladdade (what?!) och kunde därför inte användas."

Första försöket var det en prick på kartan, men när jag förbokade den var vägen till cykeln inte till den tidigare pricken, och ingen cykel var vid pricken. Andra försöket visade vägen till samma ställe som pricken, men cykeln var inte där. På tredje försöket så gick allting smidigt. Borde finnas ett alternativ för att rapportera spökcyklar."

"Bikes are not charged. Many look charged on the indicator but gives up shortly. Some regenerate (hard break) in the middle of a ride. Results in a sweaty session to get to the next station to leave the bike. Get it together!"

"Absolutely horrible experience. Zero customer support. Had all possible problems in one ride. No hand brakes, no power even at full charge, can`t pause ride, station disappeared in the middle of the ride, went to another station and COULDN`T FINISH THE TRIP. Now my ride is still going after 24 hours and I haven`t gotten a reply to my emails and I stayed for 20 minutes on a call waiting for customer support, nothing. Don`t waste your time this app didn`t go through any sort of testing."

"I think the app worked quite well but the integration with the bikes was iffy at times. Sometimes a bike was said to be at a station and it wasn`t there, or there were bikes at the station that weren`t listed on the app. Overall, I had a great experience using the Stockholm e-bikes. And the price is amazing! Just one US dollar per day. Just note that if you go over your hour and a half of free time it is a $1 an hour after that."
