Kun yrität avata pyörän lukon, pyörä pitää erilaisia piippauksia joiden perusteella pitäisi muka osata päätellä aikooko lukko aueta. Joskus olen odotellut minuuttien ajan lukon avautumista ennenkuin luovutin ja yritin avata toisen pyörän. Joskus tätä piti toistella niin useita kertoja että pyörät loppuivat kesken pysäkillä."

"Never connects to the bike... It shows that trip has started and bike is unlocked on the app.. But it doesn`t have connectivity between bike and app really.. Bike stays locked.. And support takes 20 minutes time to not solve the problem.. There is no way to report stuff on the app than just calling.. Neither qr code scan nor list unlocking worked.. I plan my day to be somewhere and I`m losing time both on support call and walking together gets me delayed hugely.."

"Toimii nykyään useimmiten ongelmitta. Mutta sovelluksen vikasietoisuus on aivan alkeellisella tasolla. Pienimmistäkin virheistä sovellus menee jumitiloihin, joista selviää vain boottaamalla. Esim nettiyhteyden katkeaminen, puhelun saapuminen tai toisen sovelluksen käyttäminen pyörän lukituksen avausta odotellessa. Olisi kiva jos olisi ``avaa lukko`` -nappi, koska nyt ainoa tapa yrittää lukituksen avausta uudelleen on pausettaa ja unpausettaa ja odotella ja odotella."

DESCRIPTION

City bikes offer a fast way to move around during both free time and on business trips. Bikes can be found at city bike stations in the extended city center area. For use, you need the Tampereen kaupunkipyörät application, through which registration and payment is handled. The licence is valid from the moment of purchase.
