"Sovellus epäonnistuu ainoassa tehtävässään, joka on kaupunkipyörän kätevä avaaminen ja lukitseminen. Avaamiseen voi kestää useita minuutteja ja monta yritystä ja pyörän lukitseminen on myöskin työlästä. Nämä sovelluksen heikkoudet ovat johtaneet useaan missattuun junaan ja bussiin. Älä käytä ennen kuin nämä ongelmat ovat paremmalla tolalla"

"In 2021 with hsl card there was no issue. In 2022 there is this app and it constantly causes problems! Not recommended if you do not want to be calling after 50%trips with issues. Sad."

"The app itself works ok. What doesn`t work ok is bike unlocking. So if you`re a tourist and will use this once or twice this is ok for you. If you plan to use it reguralry, as part of your commute you will find it very frustraring, as it is very unreliable. Unlock bike feature is like gambling, you might get lucky sometimes and bike will unlock on the first try, but most of the time it won`t and you end up spending 10-15 minutes with unlock/pause/unpause/finish/unlock cycles several times"

"Sovellus sinänsä vaikuttaa hyvältä heti alkuunsa, mutta siinä on sama ongelma tai koodareiden laiskuus kuin monissa muissakin julkisen puolen sovelluksissa: sovelluksessa EI VOI itse määrittää sovelluksen kieltä, vaan kieli määrittyy laitteen kielen mukaan. Jos käytössä on ns. eksoottisempi kieli, käytösssä on vain ja ainoastaan sovellus englanniksi, ei mahdollisuutta valita itse kieltä, esim suomeksi tai ruotsiksi. Näillä kielillä sovellus toimii kyllä, jos laitteen kieleksi on just se kieli valittu. Tämä ei ole monille ongelma, mutta valtavirrasta poikeavan kielitaidon omaavalle tämä tuottaa haasteita. Tällaisen lappsuksen ei uskoisi enää olevan vakio-ominaisuus nykypäivänä sovelluksissa. Toisekseen sovellus heittää kirjautuneen käyttäjän ulos usein, eli kun sovellusta haluaa käyttää, pitää uudestaan kirjautua sisälle."

"App is always freezing and not very smooth. As a result, any and all plan options are limited to 1 hour of use, even if you pay for a daily, weekly or monthly pass. When you try to return the bike after 55 or 56 minutes, expect the App to take more than 5 minutes to return the bike, therefore I have been charged the 1€ for being over 1 hour even when I have a weekly pass. Just not logical pay plans with such problematic app."

As a city biker, you always have a bike handy. You have access to over 1,000 bikes and 100 stations in Vantaa.
Please note that the Vantaa system is not compatible with the system in Helsinki and Espoo and you cannot mix bikes from the two systems.
