My driver was an absolute gent, very kind, chatty and professional, oh and his car you could eat your dinner off the floor of his car, it`s was spotless, and there was also a PPE guard between the driver and passenger seats. "I lost my phone and the application only allows passenger to make phone call to the driver using the app from the original phone. How am i supposed to make a call if i don`t have my phone? We tried calling the customer service after that and the customer service was not helpful at all, she couldn`t take my phone number well and didn`t offer any help except repeating that I need to fill in form without giving any other alternatives"
