"I have mostly used the app thru the fire stick from home. We were out of town for thanksgiving so I tried to play a video from my phone and the video wouldn`t play, but the audio was at first so I figured I would just try to follow the audio and then after about 4 mins there was no audio either. The video was only 8 mins long. Very frustrating."
