"my therapist recommended this app to track my mood, and I really love how it allows you to track different aspects of your mood rather than a scale of frown face to happy face. Its also nice that you can input triggers into the graph to understand the direction. My issue is that every few days it logs me out of the app and removes a day of my tracking progress, its happened consistently since i started using it."

"The original app was so helpful. I could pop it open, go into the picture game and it would distract me almost instantly everytime. They replaced it with this new version that is not helpful and got rid of the main helpers in the old app. Sad!!"
