"This app is garbage. It`s very unstable and throws unknown errors consistently. The interface is not all that intuitive or very well layed out. I would call it clunky at best. The provider messaging portion doesn`t scroll down when keying in a message and adding an attachment causes it to error out. You are supposed to able to schedule an appt through the app, however the way to do it is a mystery. I hope that you didn`t pay the developers much for it. As apps go, it`s a bit of a hotmess."
