"I love it! You can completely customize your workout and record everything down to the second or pound. I wouldn`t recommend to people looking to just follow someone else`s routine or expect to be given a workout though! But that`s part of what I love about it, I spent maybe 20 minutes researching for each day, combining moved I just want to try and targeting compounds. The calender format also really helps me keep track of even what day it is and what days I don`t like (abs burnn😩)"
