"This app provides a challenging workout that after a few weeks of using it for 30m a day I`m beginning to see results. I do wish it was more like their yoga app in that it was more customizable and provided beginner-advanced options and offered focus options. My only true complaint with this app is that there are NO transions between the poses...the girl is just magically in the next pose leaving you scrambling to catch up. Also, the voice instructor doesn`t align with the girl sometimes."
