"I like this! I`ve been trying to get a hold of my PTSD and Severe Anxiety
problems for years and years now.... Wow... this app is great. I love that
it is easy to navigate bc the last thing most people would want to do... is
try to figure out how to navigate and make full use of some complex but
buggy app. I want to thank the developers and the people who thought this
app up. Thank you for getting me through my panic attack yesterday. Ive
shown my psychiatrist the app somewhat and at my next appointment with my
doctor, I`m going to show it more ``in depth.`` I really like the idea of
giving more tools to people who are dealing with stress and anxiety. Even
if you just have a stressful job, kids, a hectic schedule... This app can
help if you take the time to use it. I feel like it`s helped me and I`ve
only recently installed it. If you ever need beta testers or anything...

It`s Amazing, would love if the test, when it asks if you have felt a certain way, would give more examples or give you an option to see examples, as it can be quite hard to process certain things and think straight if you are feeling anxious and even simple questions can be hard to think through. Would definatly make it easier and would give a more acurate answer. Overall the app is brilliant. Would recommend to anyone with anxiety or feeling stressed."
