Bank asks $ SSI I need? Why so cold? Frost is THE best & most special bank. Untouchable in cust svc; leaving them feeling very specially treated as I do & they always go over/above for me, my friends & family (many people), regardless of acct balance/situation. Each call/visit is treated as unique as it is & never rushed."
