"Like many others, cannot get my brand new Horizon treadmill to link and sync workout data to either the app or PC dashboard. Even Tech Support was unable to help and we probably spent 45 minutes troubleshooting. Could not get the new firmware installed, as step 1, which I was told would solve the connectivity issue. Talk about a ``catch-22`` I really wanted to use this app and share my workouts with other fitness apps. If any successful users would like to share how they connected, I`d appreciate it!"
