"Concept is a great one but the implementation is quite poor in this instance. Love the data a CGM provides but the NutriSense sensors have been wildly inaccurate for me even with calibration. App doesn`t function properly and while the support team is very responsive they just continuously provide excuses and months later issues still aren`t fixed. App was definitely not built with for Android and it shows. There are many better alternatives available. Cancellation fees are ridiculous too!!"

My last sensor had me squarely in the normal zone. Turns out it was off by 50%, which I learned with the next sensor. The response from their team: I`m sorry you feel this way. The FDA allows the sensors to be up to 15% off. Well, mine was 50% off. You do get a super helpful nutritionist, but it`s only a trial. Buyer beware"

I signed up on April 15th and I had the service three days before my sensor fell off. I called them to have it replaced and they said I would have to pay $85 for the faulty sensor. I then cancelled the service and they charged me a $290 cancellation fee without my permission. This company has no product."
