"Worthless app and trash company. Tried to join virtual appointment on my phone browser, got a message to use Chrome (clearly inconveniencing customers through private contracts already), on chrome I only see a loading screen for over 5 minutes until my doctor calls and asks where I am. I downloaded this app first to try and join but all this app does is take you to a browser to sign in and view your profile. Call tech support and all they do is blame my phone."

DESCRIPTION
The Optum Virtual Care mobile app helps members access virtual care when and where they need it. The app can be used to easily schedule and access primary and urgent care via phone, chat or video visit. Optum Virtual Care can address conditions such as rashes, headaches, sore throat, pink eye, fever, cough and can also help with the management of some chronic conditions like diabetes or heart disease. Some insurance plans may also include access to integrated medical and mental health care.
