"Best lifting app for serious lifters. Owns the Wendler 5/3/1 app from this developer as well. This app includes more strength training templates. Glad to see the Wendler 5/3/1 forever templates. Developer is open for suggestions and very responsive."

"Edit to 4 stars! Author was super responsive to feedback and added fixed price templates. Very flexible application for all types. Easy to build templates for strongman, tempo, conjugate etc. Great support from programer! ------------- Original coment Great app from a great programer BUT..... Monthly subscription kills it for me. I am ok with the 7.99 price of the original app or even a slightly higher price for this much more flexible version. I will not pay a monthly subscription for it."

"The app looks and feels nice but the prices are just a bit much for what you get, the other apps by the same developer hold more value in my eyes"

"Overall: Great, Customizable, Improved version of Five3One. What`s great: 1. All the strength building templates you could want! They are in-app purchases, but you can buy acces to the package(s) you want as a one-time fee and not pay a full monthly subscription to use a subset of the available templates; 2. Editted: Dev is quick to respond to concerns and provide guidance. Raised to 5 stars!"

"UPDATE: See dev response. Updated to 5-stars to promote consumer friendly biz practices. Rest of review still applies but I`m assuming updates are on the way. Dark mode only is a mistake -- my gym has bright lights and lots of sunlight, not ideal. There is also no way to quickly add/subtract weights now. Have to hold + type new weight. Addition of nsuns + new templates is great though. Few more tweaks and it`ll be a great app."

"Not enough of an improvement to justify a premium subscription. 5/3/1 pro is better. App seems a bit laggy on my S10."

"I`ve never found a more adaptable and intuitive interface for 531. It`s also nice to not have to pick a different app when I want to take a break from powerlifting and do a more bodybuilding split. A+."

"Have 531 App which is great. This App seems to have more ability to adapt to specific training however 531 provides the Overview function so you can see your planned progression over the coning weeks or months. Bummer this app doesnt have it. Seems a costly compared to 531 App."
