"Went back to the gym first time since last march managed to have a swim and was able to book the jacuzzi poolside. Unfortunately wasn`t able to use the sauna or steam room as they have to be booked through reception or the app. Booked sauna slots for the next week but after downloading the app it is stuck on the log in page and there doesn`t appear to be the first page which allows you to register or log in Sadly a waste of time going to uninstall"

"Update! Logged in. I had to create a MyWellness Cloud accoutn first. That is when I discovered the password I was using was too secure so I had to weaken it. Once I`d done that I could sign into MyWellness account and merged my village gym account. "CANNOT BOOK classes via app :( You have to log in via the Web browser and go through another page to book classes. Eventually I figured this out but its a hassle not being able to just book via app. Error messege pops up: `Your membership does not allow you to make this booking` I`m a gold member so this should not happen.
