The app: The descriptions started to dissappear as I scroll down at the each activities page. Plus a reminder and a calendar option would be great. The service : It seems like it became a yoga marketplace. Other options are missing.... 6"
"I like urban sports, but this app is rubbish. It won`t even let me sign in. I can sign in fine on the computer, my password and email work. For some reason it keeps telling me my password or email don`t match on the phone? And to make it more annoying no matter how many times I click to reset the password and send me an email - the email never arrives!"

"The app is okay. Customer service is a joke. It sucks that a 15 min video session counts as one check-in, the same as a full workout evening at the gym. Also, there`s no way to see if a particular course is any good or if it`s absolutely useless. Even checking out a video for 2 minutes and deciding that it`s no good consumes ur one check-in for the day and writing to them yields an automated response a week later, that you need to wait a bit longer, only to get one more of it a week later. 😂🤦"

"Far too many steps to get to viewing a schedule or booking a class. Schedules don`t load which is very frustrating. I keep deleting and reinstalling the app. Schedules are not up to date but for many group fitness classes you have to book over the USC app because of corona restrictions. I can`t book in a class if its not in the schedule."

The code gets ``scanned`` but then I get sent to my schedule without even checking me in, so I have to always go to the front desk to ask to be checked in. This is very annoying. I reinstalled the app, cleared cache /data and even restarted my phone but nothing works!!! update: I bought the Samsung s22+ and I still can`t check in, so it couldn`t be my previous phone."

"Had my account paused for some time during the pandemic. During the pause decided to close my account for sometime because it is annoying to check it every month and keep requesting to pause until the time when you forget and get charged. After contacting the support they told me there is no option to close the account during the pause. They asked me to unpause, pay for one month and cancel. Even I`m not going to use the app because it doesn`t offer much. I don`t think this should be acceptable"
