"I generally really like the idea of USC and have been using it almost every day for the past couple of months. HOWEVER, the App is so bad and unintuitive that I`m considering to end my membership. A few problems: 1) I just updated the App and could NOT check in at a venue. This is highly incovenient. A person with the old version checked in without any problems right after I tried unsuccessfully. 2) While filters are a good idea, they reset every time I open the App. 3) It is NOT possible anymore to properly sort venues by districts which was one of the better features of this App`s previous version. 4) Being able to select favourites makes sense, but the way the App works at the moment they are useless. Suggestion: Add a tab under activities that shows me only the activites happening at my favourite venues. This would make the ``favourites`` option a lot more useful. PLEASE work on your App to make it more userfriendly! Best regards, a disappointed USC member"

"Schlechtester Kundenservice überhaupt. Da will man das DKB Angebot wahrnehmen und angeblich würde aber der Freunde Rabatt aktiviert. Für zahlreiche Angebote muss man viel dazu zahlen (leihequiptment z. B. oder man bekommt nur einen teilrabatt vor ort). Man muss auch immer direkt auf die Seite des Anbieters gehen um die Öffnungszeiten zu sehen (warum zeigt man das nicht gleich in der App an) und beschreibungs Text hängt wenn man scrollt und wird nicht vollständig angezeigt. Nie wieder"

"Limited possibilities. I recently moved to Frankfurt, Hesse and realized how limited the gym offer is. The big gym chains in the area allow only 4 visits per month as an M member. I didnt have that issue before relocating. Urban Sports Club aren`t even allowed to use the gym equipment. Only free training area and classes are permitted. So even if I upgrade my membership I am still being treated as second class member. For this amount a membership with the gym directly is more worthy"

"I`ve been using this app for ~6 months with L subscription. I`m very disappointed. It makes it so hard to find new workouts. There is no rating. Not enough explanation of the workouts. Categories are messed up. One can`t search by instructor`s language. Some venues exist for months without any workout being available. Even some links are broken. Some pictures are irrelevant to the workout. I will find my favorite places and subscribe to them directly."

"Far too many steps to get to viewing a schedule or booking a class. Schedules don`t load which is very frustrating. I keep deleting and reinstalling the app. Schedules are not up to date but for many group fitness classes you have to book over the USC app because of corona restrictions. I can`t book in a class if its not in the schedule."

"Too many steps for checking in with new App! Got the app update and now when I want to check in (I go mostly to one and the same place) I first scan the code, then get to the gym`s profile where it shows that there are no courses, then I have to select ``free training`` and then tap on ``check in now``. That`s way too many steps just to check in, I want to scan the code, tap on what I want to do - Bouldering - and that`s it. It worked fine in the old version."
