For example, if someone is going from a night shift to a day shift job, they need to switch their hours, but they are still trying to do healthy sleeping habits. Perhaps give 1 freebie per month, or allow someone to change settings free if it`s within 2 hours so if they are slowly changing hours they don`t get docked.
