I contacted the developer and it took Nick a month to reply, saying that now it was too late to do anything. They could see I only used the app once but choose to keep my money and say they could do nothing. Really laughable response! Do not even bother to do the trial period!"

"App needs to be adapted. No option to change initial regimen setup. When you first open the app you are asked how many days you plan on rowing. If you choose two days (like I did), your program will be set up to a two day framework. Let`s say you change your mind after you start rowing, and you decide to row four days instead. There is no option to change the rowing program setup. In other words, it will remain in the two day format - and that is even if you uninstall and reinstall it."

"This is couch to 5k for rowing. The free version gives you a plan, rowing and rest periods, gradually building over time. If, like me, you need a schedule rather than just `row for 20 mins` which is boring and not sustainable, then this is the right app for you. The paid version has more bells and whistles too but the free works fine."

"I love this program so far. It beats the hell out of the LCD display on my rowing machine. You can select the program you want to tackle and the app lets you select the duration, fitness level, number of days, etc. It has a nice visual display as you are rowing and a metronome to get the SPM just right. All in all a nice rowing machine app. It seems a little pricey to move up to premium but I will probably do it."
