"It`s terrible user experience. The tumble dryer can`t connect to the wifi no matter what you do. It sets some stupid limit like not having any special characters in the wifi name and password. The wifi has to be set to 2.4Ghz ONLY. Plus both procedures fails and EACH time you have to start over from scratch."

"Cannot register. Blank screen... Useless Update. You need to wait for a confirmation activation email. It would be helpful if the UI flow explained this. After activating and adding my dishwasher, the steps say to close the unit and turn the knob to 0. I have no knob or 0 button as it`s integrated. Makes no sense."

"Not a good app. The programme on the app isn`t that on the machine and vice versa, dishwasher quick wash shows 300 hours on the app, but the machine is on a 2hr auto wash. Often can`t connect, and when it seems to, an error has occurred. Needs fixing!!"

After turning on NFC and downloading the app, you choose your wash programme, and you then have to hold your mobile directly over the ``One Touch`` button to make the machine start. If you`re already standing next to the machine wouldn`t it be quicker and simpler just press the buttons on the actual machine than fiddling around with the app?"
